At his firm, Caudle Immigration, Randall represents individuals, families and businesses from around the world in family immigration, marriage to U.S. Citizen cases, K-1 fiancé(e) visa cases, H-1B visas & other business immigration, and other visa petitions.

Randall is frequently consulted on immigration issues by the press and is asked to speak about the subject of immigration law to other immigration attorneys, law students, college students, high school students, and once even a 3rd grade class!

Additionally, Randall has been an adjunct professor of Immigration and Refugee Law at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and an adjunct professor of paralegal studies at U.C. Berkeley.

Randall has previously served on several American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National Committees and the AILA National Board of Governors for two years. Randall is actively involved with AILA and has twice served as the AILA Santa Clara Valley Chapter President. Randall recently served 3 years on the AILA National U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services California Service Center Liaison Committee and as the AILA membership committee chair.

Randall recently served as the Conference Chair of the annual AILA CA Conference in Monterey in November 2010 and previously served as the Conference Chair on the AILA National Fundamentals Conference Committee in Memphis, Tennessee, for new immigration attorneys.

A native of California, Randall grew up in Santa Barbara, CA and Ventura, CA. Randall attended Buena High School in Ventura, California before completing his undergraduate studies at University of California, Santa Barbara. Randall earned his law degree from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles, CA.

Randall enjoys reading fictional books, long-distance running, baseball, softball, watching ESPN sports highlights, action-adventure and thriller movies, international travel and spending time with his wife and kids. Randall is a coffee aficionado and only drinks tea when he is not feeling well.
