Randall Caudle

Biography
Randall is currently serves on the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) National Board of Governors
and several AILA National Committees.

Randall is also currently the AILA Santa Clara Valley Chapter President.

Randall is an adjunct professor of Immigration and Refugee Law at Golden Gate University School of Law in San
Francisco.

Randall has been practicing immigration law since 1995. Randall has experience in criminal defense as both a
law student, federal court extern, and new attorney.
Randall represents individuals, families and businesses from around the world in family immigration, marriage to
American Citizen cases, Fiancé(e) visa cases, business immigration and employer compliance issues, political
asylum, deportation and removal defense, waivers, and federal court immigration litigation.

He is frequently quoted on immigration issues in the press and often speaks on immigration law to other
immigration attorneys, law students, college students, high school students, and once even a 3rd grade class!

Randall is very involved with AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) and is currently the AILA Santa
Clara Valley Chapter President.

Randall recently served 3 years on the AILA National U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services California Service
Center Liaison Committee.

Randall also currently serves as the Conference Chair on the AILA National Fundamentals Conference
Committee, which will take place in Memphis, Tennessee for new immigration attorneys.
