Elyse Fontanilla is a legal assistant at Caudle Immigration. Ms. Fontanilla is involved in almost all areas of immigration law, which include Family-based Petitions, Adjustment of Status Applications, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, K1 Fiancé Visas, Consular Processing Support, Application for Naturalization and Citizenship, Military Parole in Place, and Advance Parole. Since Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals was implemented in June of 2012, Ms. Fontanilla has successfully processed a high volume of applications for qualified individuals to obtain Employment Authorization. She has helped the same individuals reunite with family in their home country with the application for an Advance Parole Document. Ms. Fontanilla is passionate about keeping families together and reuniting them after years of being separated. Moreover, Ms. Fontanilla specializes in helping current and former U.S. Military with Military Parole in Place, a special program that congress set up to help military families obtain legal permanent residence. Ms. Fontanilla has a high regard to customer service and navigating clients through the complicated world of immigration.
Elyse Fontanilla is a San Francisco native and alumnus of San Jose State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Applied Sciences in Justice Studies. In her spare time, Ms. Fontanilla loves to travel and enjoys trying new restaurants in San Francisco.
